Meditation develops the awareness of self and provides a shift of attitude and perspective in relationship to life's challenges. Classes are a variation of the ancient practices and may include pranayama (breath focus), chanting, mindfulness, chakra study, spiritual study, yoga nidra and iRest therapy.
